Answer
Praise be to God, prayer and peace be upon the Messenger of Allah and on his family, but after:
The Secretariat shall not dispose of them without the owner's permission, and disposition without the owner's permission is a sinner transitive, and therefore in the case of loss warranty then act if it is no longer or inattentive. And your ability to perform when requested by the owner you does not allow you to dispose of them without his permission, and see in Afattoyen No.: 1794, 6937.
