إذا كان الخطأ مما تبطل به الصلاة، كترك ركن منها، فإن كان ذلك عن عمد بطلت الصلاة باتفاق الفقهاء، ومن تركه جهلا أو سهوا فيجب الإتيان بالركن إن أمكن تداركه، وإلا بطلت الركعة المتروك منها الركن وحلت التي تليها مكانها هذا إذا كان الركن المتروك غير النية وتكبيرة الإحرام، أما من ترك النية أو تكبيرة الإحرام فيجب عليك استئناف الصلاة، لأنه لم يدخل فيها أصلا، كما تجب الإعادة على من صلى دون وضوء أو صلى جنبا وهو يجد الماء ويقدرعلى استعماله، قال في كشاف القناع: والشرط ما يتوقف عليه صحة مشروطه إن لم يكن عذر، فمتى أخل بشرط لغير عذر لم تنعقد صلاته ولو ناسياً أو جاهلاً. انتهى.

وكذلك من صلى بنجاسة لا يعفى عنها عالما بها أو صلى وهو مكشوف العورة أو مستدبر القبلة ولو كان جاهلا، كما سبق بيانه في الفتوى رقم: 158683.
وذهب شيخ الإسلام ابن تيمية إلى أن من ترك شرطا أو ركنا من شروط الصلاة أو أركانها جاهلاً لم يكن عليه القضاء، وإنما عليه إعادة صلاة الوقت واستدل لذلك بحديث المسيء، وأن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم لم يأمره بقضاء ما مضى من صلوات ترك بعض أركانها، وبغيره من الأحاديث، ومذهب الجمهور أحوط وأبرأ للذمة وهو المفتى به عندنا، وانظري للفائدة في ذلك الفتوى رقم: 109981.
