Reasons for offering the sacrifice on the 'aqeeqah

1 - If I have the ability to do aqeeqah or a sacrifice, then which one is offered to the other? 2 - Is it permissible to have 'aqeeqah with a share of the male from the body, such as the udhiyah? 3 - Can we share the hump of one of us with the structure of the aqeeqah with four arrows for two males, and the rest is a sacrifice, whether for the same person or others? 4 - Is it permissible to distribute the aqeeqah in the morning? 5 - What is the ruling on swallowing sputum during fasting?
Answer
Praise be to Allaah, and prayers and peace be upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family and companions, and those who follow him.
The first is that the udhiyah is oqd from 'aqeeqah. As the fuqaha' said, al-Maawardi al-Shafi'i said in al-Hawi: The sacrifice is more ominous than that.
And the second is that the sacrifice is a period other than the 'aqeeqah, as the sacrifice ends on either the third day of the third day of Tashreeq, as is the view of the Shaafa'is, or the sunset on the second day of the days of Tashreeq, as is the view of the Hanafis, Malikis and Hanbalis. It is possible to slaughter it in the fourteenth, then in the twenty-first, and then on any day, as it is explained in Fatwa No. 325144.
As for the slaughter of a piece of hippenah that is part of it for the 'aqeeqah, and another for the sacrifice or something else, this is a matter of disagreement among the scholars. We mentioned it in Fatwa no. 102745. We have suggested that it is permissible in Fatwa No. 128618.
There is nothing wrong with the distribution of the 'aqeeqah meat, as is stated in Fatwa no. 141513.
The sputum does not break the fast, and the precautionary measures to avoid the dispute, see Fatwa No. 140053.
